Youth workers – need a great group activity for next week?  Here it is: “The Interlude” by the band Attack Attack! is a techno song with a great group dance to go with it.  Check out the instructional video below.

We used this as a huge group activity (100+ people) at our Lock-In in September, and have pulled it out to keep it fresh once or twice since then.  The students love it.

You can download PowerPoint slides or an .MOV file that you can play along with the song to guide the dance as it happens, from another awesome resource called gameshowblog.com.

It’s simple, hilarious, and a lot of fun.  Enjoy!

Big thanks to More Than Dodgeball for putting me on to this a few months ago!  MTDB is an amazing resource for youth workers.
